The Swathian Meerakeet is a species of titanic armardillo-like creatures that wander the dim surface of the planet Swathia . A single individual can stand as tall as Voltron itself.
They exhibit fascination with shiny objects and will chase any source of light they see. Despite their incredible size, they are relatively docile unless provoked. When angered, they can attack with a powerful mouth-based weapon that fires concussive blasts, while their back scales are strong enough to resist even Voltron's direct laser fire.
