Olkari Tech is Olkari who works for Zethrid and her pirate crew. When Lions of Voltron were caught and Zethrid and some of her crew went to chase Paladins, Zethrid ordered him to keep IGF-Atlas in place by sending ghost messages. But Atlas' Crew knew Paladins were in trouble and they traced the ghost message dispatcher. And when Zethrid's cruiser was shot down with an electromagnetic pulse he and Zethrid's pirate crew were arrested.
