Michael Bell is an American voice actor, actor, voice director and animal-rights activist. Distinguished by his youthful voice, Bell has voiced many characters in his lifetime career, such as Prowl, Sideswipe, Bombshell, Scrapper, and Swoop from The Transformers, Duke from G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Chaz Finster, Drew Pickles, and Grandpa Boris Kropotkin from Rugrats, Captain Grimalkin from SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, Riddler, Zan, and Gleek from Super Friends, Quackerjack from Darkwing Duck, and many more.

In the Lion episodes of Voltron: Defender of the Universe, he has voiced Lance McClain and Sven Holgersson.
