Lieutenant Hepta is Sendak's lieutenant in charge and member of the Fire of Purification in Voltron: Legendary Defender. He fought alongside Sendak to gain control of areas in the universe. When the Fire of Purification attacked Earth they conquered the planet. When Sendak ordered him to destroy the Paladins and he fought against Admiral Sanda after releasing her free the Black Lion killed him.
