Haran is a native of the planet Maura. A planet that had a long standing alliance with planet Arus. When Maura was attacked by the Drule Empire, Lion Voltron had been unable to come to Maura's aid. Haran felt bitter towards Voltron and Arus for some time. Eventually The Voltron Force was able to help Haran and his people drive off the Drule forces.
