Commander Gnov is female Galra Commander in season five of Voltron: Legendary Defender. She was one of Zarkon's most trusted advisers. She is not as unwise like Warlord Ranveig, but she is just as cruel. When Lotor killed Zarkon, she tried to make her own claim for the throne in Kral Zera by uniting most of Zarkon's inner circle. When Haggar appears at the Kral Zera with Sendak, Quartermaster Janka suggests to her that they set aside their differences to oppose Haggar, but Gnov dismisses him as weak.
When fighting breaks out at the Kral Zera, Gnov attacks Keith, but is ultimately defeated by him thanks to Acxa's intervention.
