The Galaxy Alliance is an alliance of planets dedicated to maintaining peace throughout the universe. Its true headquarters is the Galaxy Garrison located on Earth.
Fiction
Voltron: Defender of the Universe
Both the Vehicle Voltron and Lion Voltron Forces operated under the command of the Garrison and ultimately the Alliance.
Space Marshal Graham was the Alliance's leading commander during the war with the Drule Empire.
Voltron Force
The Alliance experienced much chafing under the Garrison's new rule courtesy of Sky Marshal Wade himself after Voltron was decommissioned; Coran appeared to especially be a target of verbal threats and abuse from Wade, specifically when the Ambassador of Planet Arus brought up news concerning the Drule Empire and what became the resurrection of King Lotor, King Zarkon's late son.
After Wade was arrested and accused of numerous criminal charges both the Garrison and Alliance were freed from the iron-fisted grasp of Wade's supreme command.
