Cree Summer Francks is the voice actress of Haggar. She has done extensive voice acting work for numerous animated series and video games, as well as performed in live-action film and series. Summer is also a singer. She is known for many roles, but notable ones include the original Penny in Inspector Gadget, Susie in Rugrats, Numbuh 5 in Codename: Kids Next Door, and Princess Kida in Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
