Chip is a resident of planet Balto and brother of Pidge. He resides in Balto's capital city and, like many Baltans, is a technically-adept ninja.

He had been turned into a haggarium-infected zombie when King Lotor tried to extract information about Voltron from the Baltoans. He, along with the others, were cured by the actions of the Voltron Force. [1]
