Planet Arus is the planet that is home to Lion Voltron. It has an atmosphere breatheable for humans.

Geography
Not much detail is revealed about Planet Arus's geography, as most of the action takes place in close proximity to the Castle of Lions. It does have a world-spanning ocean, and its surface gravity is not too different from that of Earth.
Arus's Capital
Arus's capital (whose name is not revealed) is located in a mountain range, on the shores of an alpine lake. It was home to the Castle of Lions as well as several government buildings. The architecture of the government buildings is patterned in the Greco-Roman style.
The lair for Black Lion is located on Black Lion tower on the shoreline of the lake at the end of the castle's drawbridge. The lair for Blue Lion is located under the surface of the lake.
Magma Lake
An open magma lake is a few miles from the capital. The lair for Red Lion is in this lake.
A robeast was defeated (without Voltron) by pushing it into the magma lake.
Desert
A desert is on the other side of the mountains from the castle. the lair for Yellow Lion is located in the desert, at the foothills of the mountain range.
This was where Keith and company had landed on Arus after their escape from Doom.
Forest
Not far from the capital is a large forest, where the lair for Green Lion is located.
Valley of Zohar
The Valley of Zohar is a canyon located a few miles from the capital. This is site where King Alfor had his fateful duel with King Zarkon. A monument was later erected there.
