Little is known about this character other than his rank as a scientist for the Altean Empire and accompaniment of Commander Hira during her investigation of an ancient ship stuck in a dimensional anomaly.
He has an assistant named Moxilous and does not seem overly troubled by the fact his regime has made a practice of erasing the free will of those they conquer.
