A Little Adventure is the first episode of the seventh season of Voltron: Legendary Defender. It was released on Netflix along with the rest of the season on August 10, 2018.
Synopsis
Part of the group gets stuck on a planet where they're inadvertently miniaturized. Flashbacks reveal the beginnings of Keith and Shiro's relationship.
Plot Summary
Following on from the sacrifice of the Castle of Lions, the Paladins and their allies need to figure out a way to recharge the Lions after their battle with Lotor. Shiro remains comatose after having his spirit from the Black Lion placed in the clone body.
Coran leads a group including Hunk, Pidge, Lance, and Romelle in search of Yalmors to try and re-energise the Lions. Keith, Krolia, and Allura remain behind with Shiro. As Shiro sleeps, he remembers parts of his past, including his first meeting with Keith, sponsoring him to the Galaxy Garrison, his relationship with Adam, and his choice to go on the Kerberos mission while being chronically ill.
As Coran and the others find a Yalmor, they unexpectedly become shrunken and have to figure out how to return to their normal size and get the energy they need to recharge the Lions. Meanwhile, Allura is concerned that Shiro's spirit is not being accepted by the clone body. Although she is helping as much as possible, she feels that there is little she can do. Keith implores Shiro to not give up.
Eventually, Coran's group manages to carry out a plan that gets them all back to their normal sizes, while Keith's pleas to Shiro seemingly give him the push he needs to integrate his spirit into the clone body. Coran and the others return and Lance tells the others about their adventure, prompting Shiro to state that it is good to be back.
